For our employees,
for our community.
When it comes to involvement in the community, we’re all in.
From employee volunteer work to innovative approaches like infrastructure enhancements and key partnerships, we're passionate about making an impact.
We have remarkable partners in doing good.
We work with organizations who share our passion for making the community a better place — for all who call it home.
The Homeless Families Foundation provides housing assistance, holistic case management and STEM and arts education resources — both after-school and summer tutoring — for children in kindergarten through middle school.
Operating as a “housing first” agency, the organization champions that families, with some help, are capable of living independently — and can best work to address their issues when they are in stable, long-term home environments.
CoverMyMeds employees volunteer their time with the foundation in the form of on-site tutoring, sorting food donations and more.

Started in 2007 as a lone community garden on a small vacant lot, Franklinton Farms has since developed into a thriving network of gardens and food production sites scattered throughout the neighborhood’s urban landscape.
In addition to organic food production efforts, the organization offers a wide range of garden-based activities, educational programs and employment opportunities that empower neighbors and build a healthier community.
Each month, CoverMyMeds employees support Franklinton Farms by harvesting produce, cleaning up plots, preparing for planting and more.

Gladden is an essential support system — and an engine for change — in the neighborhood. CoverMyMeds employees support Gladden through neighborhood beautification projects, tutoring and program assistance.
“CoverMyMeds volunteers are enthusiastic, creative, and hard working,” says Lindsay Blackburn, Gladden Community House Volunteer Coordinator and CoverMyMeds employee.

In 2018, CoverMyMeds announced a new partnership with the Hilltop and Franklinton branches of the Columbus Metropolitan Library to assist in creating enhanced educational opportunities for adult community members directly through on-site training resources and additional technology equipment.
Our goal is to help strengthen the community by providing better means of communication and connection, enhanced educational opportunities and accessibility to technology that will help our neighbors acquire the skills they need to take the next steps in their careers.

A more connected and sustainable community
Our sustainability efforts include expanding the network of trails that connects the community to campus, where you’ll find plenty of bike racks and EV charging stations.
Unique workspaces designed with intention.
This is more than a building.
Our new campus is where we'll fulfill our mission to help patients, grow with our community and be the best place to work and grow for our employees.
This bird’s-eye view highlights how outdoor space is an important part of our Franklinton campus.
We're passionate about creativity — and super excited for our gallery wall, on which we'll showcase work from local artists.
Our light-filled lobby is designed with our community in mind, and is open to our neighbors for public meetings and community gatherings.
We've designed gathering places on our main staircase, because sometimes you need a conference room, and sometimes you just want a spot where you can catch up and share ideas.
We don't do sad desk lunches: We enjoy lunch as a team at long community tables crafted right here in our community.
Our campus has been designed to meet each employee's unique working style, with flex space throughout the buildings.
Our workstations grow and flex with us — each team's space offers sit-stand desks and is designed so adjustments can be made as needed.
A cascading interior stairwell will connect all five floors in our second building.
Our second building will offer plenty of light-filled collaboration spaces.
A look inside our second building highlights the incredible open staircase.
The community will have unique access to our new campus.
When we open the doors in 2021, our neighbors are invited to enjoy our space, too, including community-accessible space to book for meetings, trainings and events.
We're creating spaces to suit every employee.
Our campus is designed for each employee's unique working style — and to flex and grow with our teams.
Welcome to our backyard.
Our employees have passions that extend beyond work — and we love that. Our campus will feature innovative spaces for fitness, meet-ups and events, and enjoying the outdoors.
The CoverMyMeds culinary team is world-class.
We're beyond lucky to enjoy the brilliance of Executive Chef Sara Santo and her team. Every day, they're crafting healthful, innovative, delicious meals that fuel our best work.
