An Employee Resource Group for everyone
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led diversity and inclusion initiatives that are formally supported by an organization.
We’ve got 11 (and counting!) for people to join.
Different perspectives are inherently valuable — surrounding yourself with a diverse group of people at work and in your personal life will only make you blossom.
Every day I get to meet someone from a different walk of life. Our unique experiences and different opinions are exactly what equip us to support each other and our patients.
